We read everything. Bug reports about files that fail to convert are especially useful — they help improve the tools for everyone.

Reporting a failed conversion

Please include: which tool you used, your browser and version, your operating system, and the exact error message shown. Do not attach the photo itself unless we explicitly ask and you are comfortable sharing it — and never send sensitive or private images. Often the metadata alone (device that took it, iOS version) is enough to identify the unsupported variant.
